I am no expert on fitness.  I know what works and what doesn't for me.  For me it was Shaun T's Focus T25.  I love that it was fast paced, 25 minutes a day and had so much variety I never got bored.  He works on cardio, upper body, legs and abs in only 25 minutes a day. There are some workouts that focus on a specific muscle group more such as upper body or abs, but you are still getting a total body workout each and ever time.  This is not for everyone, so here are a few other fitness programs from Beachbody. 

NOTE: I have also done Body Beast but I am still in the beginning stages of that so I can't give my full evaluation YET.  But so far so good!!
