- Swimsuit (duh)
- It is something I have never accomplished, no matter how long or hard I've tried.
- More energy.
- To get my family involved and get them healthier too.
- I want to like what I see when I look in the mirror, or even just look down.
- I want shopping to be fun again. It used to be, until nothing fit and I felt huge.
- I want to motivate and inspire others to take the same journey.
- I want to get it DONE so I can enjoy the rest of my life. I want to maintain my weight and not be constantly fighting to get it off.
- I want to be strong, both mentally and physically. I think strong is sexy and empowering.
- I needed to get out of my every day rut of just existing. I want to LIVE.

MY Reasons Why
Everyone has a reason for going on a fitness journey. Some people have a very clear, specific reason, but others, like me, have several. In my very first challenge group (as a participant) we were asked to come up with 10 reasons why we wanted to become fit and healthy. I still have my list and I bring it out from time to time when I need some motivation, or when I feel like I need to show it to others to give them a little motivation and inspiration. So here are my top 10 reasons for exercising, becoming fit and living a healthier life.
